Terms of Use

All use of The McGraw-Hill Companies' Perfect Phrases for Managers website (the "Perfect Phrases for Managers Site") is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. Any use of the Perfect Phrases for Managers Site constitutes the user's agreement to abide by these Terms of Use.

All information provided by The McGraw-Hill Companies and its affiliates is owned by or licensed to The McGraw-Hill Companies and its affiliates (the "McGraw-Hill Information"). The McGraw-Hill Companies and its licensors retain all proprietary rights to the McGraw-Hill Information and each user of the Perfect Phrases for Managers Site shall honor all reasonable requests by The McGraw-Hill Companies to protect its proprietary rights to the McGraw-Hill Information.

THE McGRAW-HILL COMPANIES AND ITS LICENSORS MAKE NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE AS TO THE McGRAW-HILL INFORMATION OR THE Perfect Phrases for Managers SITE, OR ANY WARRANTIES AS TO THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENTNESS, OR RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USING THE McGRAW-HILL INFORMATION OR THE Perfect Phrases for Managers SITE, OR AS TO NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS. Neither The McGraw-Hill Companies, its affiliates and/or licensors shall be liable to any user or anyone else for any inaccuracy, error or omission, regardless of cause, in The McGraw-Hill Information and/or the Perfect Phrases for Managers Site, or for any damages resulting therefrom.

User agrees to indemnify The McGraw-Hill Companies from any damages, losses, costs or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, which The McGraw-Hill Companies, its affiliates, their respective employees and authorized representatives may incur as a result of a violation of these Terms of Use.
